We guarantee to replace all our collars, leads and harnesses if found to have a manufacturing defect or where the product quality does not meet your reasonable expectations for 1 year from the purchase date. 

This does not include; misuse, abuse or chewing, change of mind, normal wear & tear, accidental damage, loss or wrong size.

If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt back to the original place of purchase.

If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from the Huskimo Website, please forward a claim.
